Places, people Adventures and experiences that mylegoman probably should never be allowed to get involved in!

My Mum was a Domestic Science teacher, she is the only person I know who could pull out a three course lunch for unexpected guests effortlessly from first principles in 30 minutes with nothing in the fridge. I don’t recall any restaurant visits in my childhood and there was never a ready meal or takeaway in the house… Not sure I even knew fast food existed…

I do vividly remember the Dinner Party, my parents were social folk who invited friends round often. I also remember the joy of Sunday morning and eating sherry trifle, lemon soufflé, fruit pavlova for breakfast… unsupervised by the parents who on reflection were dealing with a hangover. You just can’t beat trifle for breakfast.

Surprisingly I can cook, it must be genetic because I have not put in the effort to practice…. However I often go out for food with my friends, Afternoon Tea is my new thing along with Brunch. I always look at the pudding menu first and rank places purely on the pud!

Follow some of the adventures that mylegoman undertakes…. Places I perhaps should never get invited into!
